Request to Schedule the Facility

Please schedule ALL use of the facilities, inside and out.

All-church and team ministry programming will take precedent over non-ministry use of the facility.

Click on the navigation button on the left side to see the calendar online.

You may choose to fill out a Request to Schedule Form on paper. Click on the "peach sheet" to the right to open a document you can print, then submit the completed form to a member of the administrative support staff, or call or visit the church office.

When printing, set your print margins to .25" on all sides.
